EndNote-Insert Note功能介绍

1.当我们使用EndNote Word插件插入参考文献的时候，我们除了会看到Insert Citations /Insert Figure选项外，还会看到Insert Note选项

2. 这个功能是为了实现在使用带数字编号的EndNote Bibliograhpic 输出格式时，将添加的Note或者Comments也作为一条记录，添加到文后的参考文献列表中

3. 比如：Nature的EndNote 格式要求1/2/3…这种数字的格式插入参考文献，
那么有的时候我们需要第3条或者某个地方插入一条“非标准的格式”（像一个网页链接，没有作者信息的文献记录等）
这个时候，我们就可以使用Insert NOTE ，在相应的位置键入我们想要插入的信息
即可看到相应的效果了

第一步：在Word的EndNote插件中，展开Insert Citation选项，选择Insert Note

第二步：在 Insert Note窗口键入需要插入的内容，点击OK即可将输入的内容插入到文后参考文献列表中

此功能的效果如下：
